An exciting opportunity to join a children services team rated Outstanding in a recent Ofsted report, in the Berkshire area has come up within the Child Protection team.
My client is looking for an experienced Qualified social worker to join their strong team and become apart of their growth and development.
Case loads are low at approx. 13-16 (children, not families) which is much lower than the neighbouring authorities This is a much more manageable case load and will be you will be able to carry out responsibilities and work effectively.
Ofsted: Is one of the only South East England Authorise rated good with Outstanding features as well as a recent positive JTAI (Joint Inspections of Arrangement inspection). This is important in terms of safe practice and development which you will be apart of from the very start of your contract.
