Au sein de l'équipe France vous aurez comme missions :
Apporter un support technique hotline sur la gamme cytométrie
* gestion des demandes d'interventions
* Coordonner et optimiser les plannings
* Commande de pièces
* Répondre aux appels clients et être le lien avec l'équipe terrain.
Votre profil:
- Vous avez un diplôme obtenu (BAC +2/3) dans le domaine de la biologie ou de l'électronique (idealement un PHD en cytométrie en flux).

Vous êtes bilingue français /anglais (des formations à prévoir à l'étranger)
