Adults Social Worker - Specialist Team

£30 per hour

NonStop Care is recruiting for a locum Social Worker for a Local Authority in the South East of England. This role is for a Specialist Adults Social Care Team, working with various departments in the authority to deliver the Adult Social Care savings target ensuring a strengths based approach is taken. You will therefore have the opportunity to take on a different type of work.

The Social Worker in this team will be part of the Targeted Review team, which delivers on the savings target within adult social care. You will do Assessments, developing Support Plans and Review of clients in receipt of Adult Social Care (Under the Care Act 2014). You will also be working jointly with commissioning in relation to Service Provider review and you will be completing CHC checklist and DST meetings where applicable.

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker with experience in working within Adults Social Care teams. You must also have a Social Work Degree, an active HCPC registration and a driving license.
