We are looking for people who:

• Has a completed college education
• Has knowledge of a quality system (preferably IATF 16949) and the development, documentation and implementation thereof to international standards or requirements;
• Has knowledge of the VDA audit process, including audit types, planning, preparation, implementation, reporting and follow-up
• Are able to collect and analyse data in a variety of business environments by applying the correct, standardized quantitative methods and thus facilitating process analysis and improvements
• Fluent command of the Dutch language (speaking and writing)
• Good command of the English language (speaking and writing).
• A good command of the German language is an advantage.

A day at work will let you:

• Work with various project teams within the R&D department to ensure that the agreed processes are followed in order to optimize the quality level of the products delivered from that cooperation.
• Be responsible for monitoring the various steps involved in the development of products and production processes.
• Ensure that a certain quality level is achieved.
• Be responsible for determining the current quality level, analysing the results, drawing up improvement plans and monitoring to arrive at process optimization.
