Social Worker - Children - Better Work - Life Balance
salary: £33,667 to £43,878 (plus £2,000 yearly retention, London weighting, car allowance)
NonStop Care is looking for a permanent Social Worker or Senior Social Worker / Senior Practitioner, who can join a Family Safeguarding Team. They have a very low caseload - at the moment it is between 13 to 15 cases. This means you will have more time to focus on each case, finish work on time and have a better work - life balance.
The local authority is located in the Berkshire area and they have a Good Ofsted with Outstanding features. They offer free parking and a very clear career path, allowing you to progress.
Please apply if you are a Social Worker or a Senior Practitioner with experience in child in need or in child protection. You must also have a Social Work Degree, a HCPC registration and a driving license.
