Ours is a sales job, in which we constantly attract new clients (B2B sales to companies in Pharma or Medical Devices industries in Switzerland) and help them find the candidates that will fit their vacancies, by headhunting the right talents (B2C sales to candidates). With each successful candidate you are submitting, you generate revenue which calculates in your sales targets. The meritocratic system we managed to create, will not only allow you to earn direct percentage out of this revenue, as a commission, but reaching specific targets will also make your promotion possible.

At Nonstop we have a true meritocracy - top consultants in their second or third year earned 100k-150k EUR last year based on their performance.

What we are looking for:

• Strong motivation for personal and professional success
• Positive and commercial attitude
• Motivated to a job where most of your earnings will come from your ability to sell
• Happy to work over the phone
• Fluency in the English and French, German or Dutch
• Willing to move to Prague and valid working permit for Czech Republic or EU passport
