Job Details

In this role you will join a biological player active in the crop protection industry that has just been acquired by a big player who is more active in the Fertiliser and Bio stimulants corner. This means that both companies have strong synergies and that they will be able to offer a diverse portfolio of products. To support this growth they are looking for an experienced sales candidate to help and expand their presence in Germany.

Currently they have a strong technical person working from them in Germany and they are now looking to expand the team with a strong Sales candidate. Since you will have a technical member available, you will have the chance to manage this person on a daily basis and actively focus on maintaining the network with existing distributors and actively expand their presence with other distributors.

You can work from home in Germany with regular travels throughout the country. The company is going through a strong phase of growth, making it a good moment to join the team. You will be getting a lot of autonomy and decision making freedom to organise the sales in the way you see fit.

To be successful:
* Strong sales experience with Crop Protection products and /or fertilisers for Germany
* Home office in Germany
* Fluency in English and German
* Valid work permit
