As a Research and Development Expert you will support the development of the products, setup and execute pre-clinical research.

More specifically, you will:

• Ensure execution of administrative documentation of the R&D department.
• Develop and support the development of innovative products for the topical treatment
• Develop, prepare and execute hands-on formulation work, pre-clinical studies, stability studies and bio compatibility studies
• Perform tests on products and raw materials
• Ensure compliance to schedule and time frame of the assigned new product development tasks and projects.
• Write and prepare pre-clinical technical documentation and ensure administrative execution of design and development documentation of assigned projects.
• Assist in maintaining effective professional relationship with internal and external partners involved in the development process.
  

Qualifications:

• Master degree in pharmaceutical sciences or equivalent
• Fluent in Dutch and English, other languages are a plus
