The university is committed to an ambitious programme of change and development. A new city centre campus is planned as a central piece of the City of Bristol's Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone. This is alongside further major investment focused on the main campus and through both capital developments and major change projects targeted at improving the university experience for its students, staff and visitors.

The role of Space and Project Analyst offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued development of these facilities suitable for a world class university. Based in the Space & Asset Management team, within the Campus Division (formally Estates), you will engage with developing and implementing space management policies required for enabling the provision of a sustainable and effective estate. You will maintain accurate and comprehensive space records and provide targeted management information to inform strategic decision making.

To be successful in this role you will have a sound grounding in space management and bring with you good negotiating, influencing and project management skills. You will have excellent IT skills and have experience of working with large datasets and CAFM systems.

The role offered is a fixed term contract to provide maternity cover until September 2020. Internal applications and potential secondments welcomed.
