Hospitality Services are seeking to appoint a full-time Bar & Catering Supervisor for our Student bar operations. Located primarily in the North & West Clusters of the University.

You will be supporting the Cluster Managers by ensuring the smooth daily running of the student bar as well as any other operational needs within the grade.

As the role will mainly be lone working you must be a strong self-starter with a good deal of motivation to ensure the role is a success. A driving licence would be advantageous as the university operates several campus bars. A vehicle will be provided to perform your tasks.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential and you will need to be adaptable and flexible. The role is year-round with evening shifts making up the predominant amount of your time. During non-term times you will need to have flexibility in your schedule to run day event bars.
