Job summary
My client who is an Automotive Tier 1 specialising in plastics is currently looking for reinforcements in their quality department for the position of Quality responsible for their newest Greenfield in the district of Mlada Boleslav. As a Greenfield it can provide a great opportunity to grow with the plant and move up to management as you will be there at the beginning, growing professionally as the plant expands
Requirements
- Experience in automotive quality
- Experience with supplier and process quality
- Knowledge of the IATF 16949 standards
- Basic skill with FMEA & 8D reports
Job tasks
- Managing quality staff
- Supplier quality management
- Product and process auditing
- Preparing audits based on company plans and customer requirements
