Senior Legal Counsel- Regional Lead for Privacy and Compliance, Opportunity to join a fast growing pharmaceutical company with close collaboration with HQ and significant growth plans for the DACH region.
I'm currently searching for an experienced German lawyer, with pharmaceutical industry experience, to join a fast growing and highly rated pharmaceutical company in Munich. The role will be an important part of the German leadership team and the EU legal team. It's perhaps very interesting for someone wanting to step up to a regional level or for someone wanting to taste a faster paced environment with broader responsibilities, which are not always on offer in big pharma. In addition to this, with growth comes opportunity and I'd say it's safe to say that a good candidate can expect strong long term career options as the business expands. Key Responsibilities:
- Providing key legal advice for the companies DACH operations and other selected countries for privacy, compliance and some adhoc functions
- Part of the German leadership team and EU legal team
- Helping provide legal advice for clinical trials and external partnerships
- Travel to HQ and other affiliates for key stakeholder meetings
Key Requirements:
- Accreditations to practise German law
- Experience working within the Pharmaceutical sector (in house or external)
- Overall 6+years experience in legal
- Strong and proven ability in privacy law
- Fluent in German and English
