Sales Account Manager (m/w) - Chemical

I am currently working with a growing chemical company who operate mainly in the additives sector is currently looking for an experienced Junior Sales Manager to join the team. My client is part of successful mother organisation that have opened new business unit that have grown to around 200 and more employees in less than 10 years. As an independent producer you will be part of the new sales team in Germany and have the chance to develop the commercial sector nationally and across the Globe. You will be working with team members who are based in Turkey, Spain, US and across Asia, this diverse exposure will give you the chance to develop your international network and understand how businesses work across multiple countries.

At the moment, the Global Sales Manager is looking for a right hand man/woman to join and develop the company, with a focus in the Commercial & Sales department. You will be responsible for international business development, field sales and key account management, whilst also being hands on and active on the business development for the additives market. This position is great for a natural leader who wants to have the chance to gain new experiences and make a name for themselves in the Chemical market.

In order to be successful for this position, the following requirements are a must:

• 3 years Sales Experience (also open to take on Entry Level)
• Experience working in the chemical sector
• Strong commercial awareness and willingness to bring in business
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
