Position profile

The SHEQ Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining and managing the implementation of the company policy and safety, health, environmental and quality strategy .





Your tasks:

  • Creation of the prerequisites for licensing and legal compliance at the site and its monitoring (Legal Compliance)
  • Safety support and support of projects
  • Implementation of the concept of an integrated management system (safety, health protection, environmental protection, risk, quality, etc.) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EMAS III, OHSAS 18001 and HACCP in Marl
  • Ensuring the required reporting and the necessary statistics and evaluations with regard to safety, health protection, environmental protection and quality
  • Participation in the on-call service
  • Management of incident and near miss investigations
  • Contractor management (safety assessment of service providers)
  • Coordinate the reporting process for near misses, dangerous situations and risky behavior
  • Conducting risk assessments
  • Contact person for all SHE-relevant questions
  • Conducting effectiveness checks of specified measures to increase occupational safety
  • Contact for the Hazardous Substance Management System




Your profile:

  • Completed university studies in the field of safety / environmental engineering, chemistry or engineering studies or technician education, preferably as occupational safety specialist, or relevant professional experience in this field
  • Knowledge in the area of ​​approval procedures (eg accident concept, safety report)
  • You master the MS Office package and SAP
  • You have at least five years relevant work experience
